One small step for man and one giant leap for mankind.”
Neil Armstrong.

Suicide is a tragic, but preventable outcome of depression. By gaining insight into how depression affects one's abilities to cope with everyday life and using strategies to relieve the feelings of hopelessness it can become manageable for those that experience it. Exercise and supportive, positive relationships are important coping stratagies for those that suffer to gain confidence and boost feelings of happiness. We invite and encourage you to join in a walk of awareness, understanding, and hope to help those living with depression and in memory of those that have taken their lives.

On Saturday October 27th, 2012 families, friends, and survivors will join together in alliance to honor all of those that have  been touched bysuicide.
